Anne Rana, LPC
Anne Rana has been serving individuals and families by avenues of social work, advocacy, ministry and/or counseling for well over 25 years. Anne currently serves as one of The Joshua Center's Directors and is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor.
In her private practice, Anne works with adults (18 and older) who enjoy her client-focused and systemic approach. She typically meets with individuals who are working through seasons of grief, personal conflict (internal and/or external), trauma, increased anxiety, and/or depression. Anne enjoys utilizing her training in EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) and EMDR in her sessions.
Anne's favorite thing about being able to meet with people is the hope she gets to experience first-hand on a daily basis. "In a world that can be brutal to our hearts, I get the chance to see people at their bravest, most authentic selves as they battle against that brutality. That bravery is equally beautiful and inspiring and it is such an honor to be invited in to witness those moments."
