Deneshia Simpson, LPC
Deneshia has worked in the community mental health setting for over a decade. She has experience in therapeutic day treatment facilities, providing care to individuals of all ages. Deneshia began with the Joshua Center in 2018. She has specific training and experience in anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, grief and loss.
Deneshia believes in the power of helping clients acknowledge and own their individual stories. Deneshia is passionate about utilizing a therapeutic bond with her clients to assist clients in creating healthy and meaningful experiences in both their relationship with themselves and others.
Deneshia is the co-founder of Resilient Black Women, a non-profit. Deneshia loves spending time with family, walking the trails, reading a good book, and attending sport activities.
